The Rural Water Advisory Committee (RWAC) advises the Minister for Water and the Department of Water on the provision of farmland, pastoral and community water supplies in dryland areas. It provides a valuable direct contact with rural communities.
Farmland and pastoral regions, farm water supply auditors, local government and state government agencies are represented on the committee.
